I will tell you all about this past Easter weekend at Ashford Castle, but here's a first photo of my overjoyed-translator-who-researched-it-all-in-theory-and-now-tried-it-in-real-life Mom, together with our Faboulous Educator Ed from Ireland's School of Falconry, and the even more faboulous Harris hawk Joyce.
